In order to complete the application process, a Lake Area Banker will need to see the following items:

1. Valid Primary ID:
   - Drivers License
   - Military ID
   - Passport
   - State ID Card
    
2. Proper address verification.
    
3. Lake Area Bank also requires all signers on the account to sign a signature card to complete the process. If the primary account holder is a minor (under age 18) a secondary account holder over the age of 18 will need to be on the account. The secondary account holder, who is over the age of 18, will need to bring a current photo ID.

Some businesses choose to send your check through as an ACH instead of a paper document because it helps your check clear quicker.
